After much prayer, discussion with our team, research on other open water swim events and consultation with medical professionals we decided to change this year’s TCT7 Swim to a virtual event. Details can be found on the TCT7 Swim registration site. The TCT7 Swim honors the life and legacy of James Eunice and Captain Mark Weber. Both were about bringing people together and doing what was best for others. The Valdosta and Lowndes County areas were designated as Red Zone areas for COVID 19 in a July 14 report, and based on that information we felt it was in the best interest of entrants, spectators and volunteers to change it to a virtual event. We understand this may change your mind on competing for this year, and will be happy to refund your entry fee. We do plan to hold the 2021 TCT7 Mile Swim, with a tentative date for the weekend of September 11 and 12, 2021 and hope you can join us.
